Wrap your veggies up and take them to work for lunch! Try this tasty combination of veggies and hummus and add a little crunch to your lunch!
Ingredients:
1 whole wheat or low-fat tortilla, such as La Tortilla 99% Fat Free Burrito Size Flour Tortilla
1 tbsp light cream cheese
1/8 of an avocado, mashed
2 tbsp feta cheese
¼ C carrot, shredded
¼ C alfalfa sprouts
¼ cup red cabbage, shredded
¼ C green leaf lettuce, shredded
¼ C tomatoes, diced
¼ C cucumbers, diced
black pepper and garlic powder to taste
Directions:
1 Spread cream cheese and avocado over tortilla and sprinkle with feta cheese.
2 Sprinkle the remaining ingredients on the tortilla and roll up. Serve with fruit or non-fat light yogurt.
3 Tasty Options- use your imagination and play around with ingredients! Try adding chopped spinach, diced celery, chopped red onion, bell pepper slices or sliced
