Ingredients:
2 slices low-calorie whole grain bread (Orowheat Light)
2 oz lean ham
1 slice light Swiss cheese
sliced tomato and lettuce (red or green leaf)
2 tsp light mayo
1 tsp mustard
Directions:
1 Spread mayo and mustard on bread and layer with ham, cheese, tomato and lettuce.
2 ENJOY!

It is a ham and cheese sandwich! The only way it would have 0 calories and fat is if you make it but do not eat it!!
