Try something new with your turkey! Combine turkey with crunchy apples, sweet raisins and shredded lettuce for a delicious sandwich!
Ingredients:
2 ounces sliced turkey
1 apple, cored and diced (try green!)
2 tablespoons nonfat light vanilla or plain yogurt
1 tablespoon raisins
1/2 cup shredded Romaine lettuce
1 whole wheat pita pocket, cut in half
Directions:
1 Place 1 ounce of turkey, 1/2 the apple, 1/2 tbsp raisins, 1 tbsp yogurt and 1/4 cup lettuce in each pita half.
2 Enjoy right away or brown bag it for later.
3 ENJOY!
