Faster than take out, and so much better! Whip up this tasty pizza in just 2 minutes. Great with a salad!
Ingredients:
1 whole wheat English muffin
2 tablespoon tomato sauce
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 pineapple rings
2 slice Canadian bacon
Directions:
1 Split English muffin in half, spread each half with 1 tbsp tomato sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
2 Top each half with 1 slice Canadian bacon and 1 pineapple ring. Broil until cheese is melted or cook in a toaster oven.
3 ENJOY!
