Who says grilled cheese has to be boring? Fresh basil and tomato bring this lunch to life!
Ingredients:
2 slices whole grain bread
1 ounce fresh mozzarella
Sliced fresh tomato
Fresh basil leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
Non-stick spray
Directions:
1 Layer 1 slice of bread with mozzarella, tomato, basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2 Grill sandwich in a non-stick pan, or a pan sprayed with non-stick spray, until lightly browned on both sides and cheese is melted.
3 ENJOY!
