Who says breakfast can't be low-fat AND fun? This has all the fun of a PBJ and then some!
Ingredients:
1 whole grain toaster style waffle
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 tablespoon all-fruit jam
1 small or 1/2 large banana, sliced
Directions:
1 Toast the waffle according the package instructions.
2 Top warm waffle with peanut butter, jam and sliced banana.
3 ENJOY!
