Everyone loves using leftover turkey as a sandwich staple! This year, try a wrap - this crunchy, sweet and hearty wrap is sure to please and satisfy appetite!
1 high fiber tortilla (10-inch)
1 tablespoon light cream cheese
1/4 cup shredded carrots
2 tablespoons dried cranberries
2 ounces leftover turkey (white meat), about 1/2 cup
1 slice light Swiss cheese
1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves
1 Spread tortilla with cream cheese; sprinkle on carrots and cranberries.
2 Top with turkey, cheese and spinach and roll up.
