Turn your kitchen into the best deli in town with this low-fat twist on a traditional favorite.
Ingredients:
2 slices rye bread
2 ounces thin sliced turkey breast
1 slice light or low-fat Swiss cheese
1/4 cup sauerkraut
1 tablespoon low-fat thousand island dressing
Non-stick cooking spray
Directions:
1 Spread both sides of the rye bread with the low-fat thousand island dressing. Top one slice of rye bread with turkey, cheese, sauerkraut.
2 Spray a small pan with non-stick spray and grill both sides of the sandwich until toasty, brown, and cheese has melted.
3 ENJOY!
