This tangy dip tastes wonderful with toasted pita and fresh cut veggies.

1 | Place cucumbers in a colander and sprinkle with sea salt. Allow to stand for 15-30 minutes to drain. Squeeze out excess liquid. |
2 | Combine cucumbers, lemon juice, garlic and vinegar in a bowl. Stir in olive oil. |
