Liven up tostadas, black bean burgers, grilled veggies or sweet potatoes with this flavorful creamy dressing.
1 cup non fat plain yogurt
2 tbsp minced fresh cilantro
1 tbsp minced green onion
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
salt and black pepper to taste
1 In a small bowl, whisk the above ingredients. Set aside for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld. Will keep for 3-4 days in a tightly covered container in refrigerator.
2 Makes 1 cup (2 tbsp = 1 serving). Works well on tostadas, potatoes, burritos or grilled veggies!
