Store bought French dressings can be high in sugar - not this tasty and easy to make homemade version!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain, low fat yogurt
2-1/2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons water
1 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Black pepper to taste
Directions:
1 Put all ingredients in a small bowl, mix together with a spoon or fork. Store in the refrigerator in a covered container until ready to use.
2 Serving Size: 2 tablespoons.
