A taste of the Meditereanean and flavors you can't miss make this pita satisfying and delicious!
1 whole wheat pita
2 tablespoons hummus
2 tablespoons black olives, sliced
1 tablespoon feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup cucumber, sliced
1/4 cup dark leaf lettuce, chopped
Tomato slices
1 In a small mixing bowl, mix olives and feta cheese.
2 Open the pita pocket and spread the hummus inside the pocket. Line with cucumber, tomato slices and lettuce. Spoon olives and feta mixture into the pita.
