Warm grilled veggies tucked into a pita with hummus is a perfect compliment to any lunch. Add veggies to your day in a different way!
|1||Combine vegetables in a medium bowl; drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano and pepper. Toss gently.|
|2||Grill vegetables on a lightly greased grill rack (cooking spray works well) over medium heat until browned, about 5 minutes.|
|3||Spilt pita in half and spread hummus inside of each pocket. Divide cooked vegetables evenly into each pocket.|
|4||If you do not have an indoor or outdoor grill, a George Foreman grill or broiler will work.|
