|1||Stir together dry ingredients in a medium bowl. In a separate bowl, combine egg, buttermilk, oil and vanilla.|
|2||Add wet ingredients to dry; stir until just moist. Gently fold in berries.|
|3||After spraying with nonstick cooking spray, heat a nonstick skillet or nonstick griddle over medium-high heat (to 375 degrees).|
|4||Pour 1/4 cup batter and cook for about 1 1/2 minutes until pancake begins to bubble.|
|5||Flip pancakes and cook 1 minute more, until lightly browned.|
