|1||In a medium non-stick skillet cook bacon until crisp.|
|2||Add green pepper, cumin and crushed red pepper, if desired. Cook for 3 minutes.|
|3||Add egg whites or egg product; cook for 2 minutes.|
|4||Stir in tomato, green onion and cheese. Spoon onto tortilla and roll up. Top with salsa if desired.|
