Great for breakfast or lunch, this low-fat bagel idea will keep you satisfied!
Ingredients:
1/2 whole wheat bagel (Oroweat)
1 tablespoon light cream cheese
3 slices tomato
3 slices cucumber
1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
Directions:
1 Spread cream cheese on the half bagel. Layer with cucumber and tomato and top with alfalfa sprouts. Sprinkle with lemon pepper.
