|1||Heat oil in large saucepan. Sauté onion and garlic until onion is translucent.|
|2||Add broth, beans, salt, Italian seasoning, basil, and pepper.|

|5||Return to saucepan and stir in evaporated milk. Heat thoroughly, top with fresh parsley.|
