|1||Preheat oven to 325.|
|2||In a food processor or blender, puree the tofu until smooth. Add the sugar, cream cheese and vanilla, processing until smooth.|
|3||Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust and bake for 50 minutes, until slightly browned. Turn the oven off, leaving the pie in the oven for 1 hour. Remove and allow to cool.|
|4||Refrigerate the cheesecake overnight. Serve slightly chilled and top with fresh berries of your choice. Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.|
