Tender-crisp, sweet snow peas served stir fried with a sesame-soy sauce make for a great side dish.
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons lite soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Pinch of crushed red pepper
1 pound snow peas
1 Whisk together first 7 ingredients.
2 Add snow peas and mixture to a large non-stick skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until tender.
