Bring nutrient-rich swiss chard to your dinner plate. You'll love the mild taste, especially when combined with garlic and bacon.
Ingredients:
3 slices turkey bacon
1 pound swiss chard, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
Directions:
1 Cook bacon until crisp, drain on paper towels and pour oil from the pan.
2 Place swiss chard in the pan and cook until it begins to wilt.
3 Add garlic and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add bacon and serve.
4 ENJOY!
