|1||Brown rice using cooking spray over medium heat in a non-stick skillet.|
|2||When rice is slightly browned; add water, tomato sauce, green pepper, onion, garlic and crushed red pepper.|
|3||Bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, reduce heat to low; cover and simmer until all of the water is absorbed, about 40 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.|
