|1||Preheat oven to 350. Thaw spinach and strain well. Reserve liquid in case moisture is needed in the mix.|
|2||Combine flour, bread crumbs and seasonings; mix well.|
|3||Add spinach, onions, walnuts and mashed tofu to flour mixture and mix well with hands.|
|4||If mix is to dry, add a little spinach juice or eater.|
|5||Form into small balls. Place on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray and bake for 30-40 minutes until lightly browned.|
