Roasted potatoes are simply delicious. Serve them with steamed veggies and your favorite roasted meat or grilled salmon.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds new potatoes, evenly sized
1 tbsp olive oil
Sea salt
1/2 tsp dried rosemary or 1-2 tbsp fresh rosemary
Freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine oil and herbs in a bowl. Toss new potatoes in the oil and place in a baking dish.
2 Season with salt and pepper. Roast potatoes for 40-45 minutes until tender, turning occasionally.
3 ENJOY!
