|1||Brush mushrooms with olive oil. Grill on a lightly greased (use cooking spray or olive oil mister) grill rack over medium-high heat for 5 minutes on each side.|
|2||Chop mushrooms and place in a medium bowl. Add parmesan, garlic, basil, tomatoes and salt and pepper.|
|3||Drizzle with balsamic vinegar if desired. Toss to coat. Toast bread slices and top evenly with mushroom mixture.|
