|1||Cook chicken breast in olive oil with cumin, garlic powder and chili powder until chicken is cooked through (no longer pink in the middle).|
|2||Transfer chicken to a large bowl and add thawed corn, black beans, red bell pepper, green onions, tomatoes, lettuce and cheese. Toss to combine.|
|3||Toast corn tortillas until lightly browned in a toaster oven or oven.|
|4||Divide salad-chicken mixture evenly over corn tortillas and top with sour cream mixture.|
|5||Use salsa as salad dressing or thin sour cream with a little milk.|
