|1||Heat oil in a large Dutch oven. Add garlic, onions and carrots; stir until onions are softened.|
|2||Crumble in beef and cook until meat is browned. Add mushrooms, oregano and basil, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.|
|3||Pour in tomatoes and add Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 25 minutes.|
|4||Pour in milk, stir well and simmer for a further 10 minutes. Meanwhile, boil pasta according to instructions on package.|
|5||Combine sauce with pasta and heat through.|
