Dessert for breakfast? Not quite, but close with this fresh and fruity, healthy and low-fat breakfast.
1 small banana, split in half lengthwise
1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese
1/4 cup non-fat light lemon yogurt
1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
1 Top each banana half with equal parts cottage cheese. Drizzle with yogurt and top with strawberries and walnuts.
