Assemble this parfait for a delicious breakfast. You can even make it the night before and have it ready for you in the morning.
Ingredients:
1 cup light non-fat yogurt
1/3 cup All Bran
¾ cup sliced strawberries
3 tablespoons almonds
Directions:
1 Layer yogurt, bran, strawberries and almonds in alternating layers.
2 ENJOY!
