Turkey isn't just for the holidays! Lean turkey and sharp Dijon mustard are paired together in this classic.
Ingredients:
2 slices low-calorie whole grain bread (Orowheat Light)
2 oz sliced turkey
1 slice light Provolone cheese
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp light mayo
sliced tomato and lettuce leaves (red or green leaf)
Directions:
1 Spread mustard and Dijon mustard on bread. Layer with turkey, cheese, tomato and lettuce.
2 **To lower sodium, use fresh turkey breat.**
3 ENJOY!
