A "bunwich" is a sandwich in a bun! Try this great low-fat lunch idea made with turkey pastrami.
1 small whole grain hamburger bun
2 ounces turkey pastrami
1 slice low-fat cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
1 Spread mustard on each bun half. Top with pastrami and cheese.
2 Heat the bun under the broiler or in a toaser oven until the cheese melts.
