Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground turkey or chicken
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 tablespoon dried parsley
2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 egg, beaten
ΒΌ cup tomato sauce
1 bottle tomato sauce
Directions:
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2 In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, parsley, nutritional yeast, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, garlic powder and beaten egg. Mix well and form into 12 balls.
3 Bake meatballs on cookie sheet for about 30 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through. In a saucepan, combine meatballs with tomato sauce and simmer for 15 minutes
