|1||Preheat oven to 350 degrees.|
|2||Cook pasta according to package directions and set aside. Heat milk in the microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, or until warm but not bubbling. Melt butter in a medium sized pan over low heat.|
|3||Mix flour and mustard together and slowly add to the melted butter. Whisk until there are no lumps.|
|4||Slowly add the warmed milk to the pan, whisking continuosly. Turn heat to medium and cook sauce for 3 minutes, while whisking, until thick.|
|5||Add cheese and cook sauce for 1 more minute until cheese is melted.|
|6||Mix cooked pasta and cheese sauce in a large bowl. Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray. Pour mixture into the baking dish. Spread evenly.|
|7||Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake for 20-30 minutes. (YIELD: 6 SERVINGS)|
