|1||Wash spinach leaves thoroughly and remove stems.|
|2||Place spinach in a large bowl and add next 5 ingredients (tomatoes through oranges).|
|3||Combine dressing ingredients together in a small bowl and whisk well.|
|4||Add dressing to salad and toss gently. Top with sesame seeds.|
|5||Option- you can also use bottled low-fat soy or sesame dressing such as Anne's Naturals Soy Ginger Vinaigrette.|
