Horseradish gives the creamy salmon dip a kick. Spread on toasted baguettes, crackers or rice cakes. Or, use a dip for your favorite veggies.
Ingredients:
1 can (15 1/2 ounce) salmon
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 Tablespoon horseradish
8 ounces plain fat-free yogurt
1 Tablespoon dried dill weed
4 chopped green onions
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Parsley for garnish
Directions:
1 Drain salmon and flake with a fork into a bowl. Mix in all other ingredients. Garnish with chopped parsley.
2 Serving Size: 1/4 cup.
