If you're looking for a healthy and tasty snack - this is incredibly easy to make and tastes great!
Ingredients:
1 can (16 ounce) pinto beans or 2 cups cooked, dried beans
2 Tablespoons chopped red onion
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Directions:
1 Mash beans in a bowl. Add onion, chili powder, garlic and shredded cheese.
2 Serve warm or cold with raw vegetables or tortilla chips. Serving Size: 2 tablespoons.
3 ENJOY!
