|1||Cook turkey meat over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain any juices and pat dry with paper towels and set aside.|
|2||Wipe drippings from skillet and coat with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add onion and garlic; sauté 2 minutes or until tender.|
|3||Return turkey meat to skillet. Add tomatoes, green chiles, raisins, salt, pepper, spices, orange rind and hot sauce.|
|4||Bring to boil, then reduce heat to simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Add beans and apple. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.|
