Use sea bass or your favorite white fish in this flavorful low-fat meal idea. It's so easy!
Ingredients:
6 ounces sea bass or other firm white fish
1/2 cup salsa
2 cups pre-cut mixed vegetables
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
1 Sea Bass: Marinate the fish in the salsa for one hour. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
2 Cook vegetables at the same time: Place the vegetables in a separate piece foil with 1-2 tablespoons of water and 2 teaspoon of olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder and cumin to taste.
3 Seal the vegetables in the foil and put in the oven at the same time as the fish.
4 ENJOY!
