|1||Preparing the sauce: Mix peanutbutter, water, soy sauce, vinegar, lime juice, red pepper flakes and sugar together in a small sauce pan until warmed through.|
|2||Preparing the pasta and vegetables: Cook pasta according to package directions. During the last few minutes of cooking, add the frozen vegetables. Drain noodles and vegetables.|
|3||In a large pan, combine the noodles and veggies with the sauce, toss well, and heat over medium heat until warmed through.|
|4||To each serving, add 2 ounces chicken, 2 ounces shrimp, or 1/2 cup cubed tofu. Garnish with Cilantro.|

My son and I had this dish and enjoyed it. I would say it needs a bit more kick to it or a wider blend of flavors.
