What a treat! This great shake is loaded with protein and low in fat. Try it for breakfast!
Ingredients:
1 C low-fat calcium fortified soy milk
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 banana
3 ice cubes
Directions:
1 Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
2 Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
3 ENJOY!
