| Baking meatloaf in muffin tins offers instant portion control!  And, you can easily wrap up a serving for tomorrow's lunch.	           | 
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and mix well. | 
| 2 | Spoon mixture into greased muffin cups (spray with cooking spray). | 
| 3 | Bake for 1 hour, or until temperature in center of meat loaf is 160 degrees. |
