|1||Cook pasta according to package directions. In a nonstick skillet, melt butter and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Add flour and cook over low heat until it becomes a golden paste.|
|2||Add garlic and cook 1-2 minutes. Add evaporated milk and simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly until milk thickens.|
|3||Add mushrooms and continue cooking over low heat until softened. Add parmesan cheese and mix well.|
|4||Simmer, stirring often, until cheese melts. Remove from heat.|
|5||Stir in wine and parsley. Toss with fettuccine.|
