This is not your average three bean salad! Try this with grilled chicken or over a bed of lettuce for a fantastic lunch.

1 | Combine the salad ingredients in a large bowl; set aside. Combine the dressing ingredients in a small bowl, and stir well with a wire whisk. |
2 | Pour over bean mixture, and stir to blend. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. |
