Fresh mozzarella, ripe tomatoes and fresh basil are a brillant trio! You don't have to order this salad out - it's easy to make at home!`
Ingredients:
4 ounces fresh mozzarella, diced
1/2 red onion, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
2 plum or Roma tomatoes, sliced
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil
Sea salt and coarse black pepper to taste
Directions:
1 Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss well. Season with salt and pepper.
2 ENJOY!
