Add this succulent roasted pork with a honey mustard glaze to your permanent recipe file!
Ingredients:
1 pound pork tenderloin, trimmed
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tsp savory
Directions:
1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Whisk honey, mustard, sugar, savory and vinegar in a small bowl.
2 Brush pork with mixture, covering well. Roast pork for 25-30 minutes until an instant-read thermometer registers 160 degrees.
