	    	           Sweet and spiced with ginger, these lean pork loins make a great weeknight dinner that is easy and healthy.  Try something different tonight!	           
	    	         | 
	      
| 1 | Rub pork loins with black pepper and sage. | 
| 2 | Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add pork loins. | 
| 3 | Cook about 3-5 minutes on each side or until browned or internal temperature reaches 160 F. Remove pork from pan and keep warm. | 
| 4 | Combine jam, wine and ginger in a small bowl and stir well with a whisk. Add mixture to pan and simmer about 4 minutes or until thickened. | 
| 5 | Return pork loins to pan and cook 1-2 minutes to coat. | 
| 6 | ENJOY! |
