|2||Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add pork loins.|
|3||Cook about 3-5 minutes on each side or until browned or internal temperature reaches 160 F. Remove pork from pan and keep warm.|
|4||Combine jam, wine and ginger in a small bowl and stir well with a whisk. Add mixture to pan and simmer about 4 minutes or until thickened.|
|5||Return pork loins to pan and cook 1-2 minutes to coat.|
