What a satisfying delight - 5 kinds of beans in one dish, all with their own great characteristics!
1 lb lean ground turkey, browned and drained
15 oz can lima beans, drained
15 oz can butter beans, drained
16 oz can kidney beans, drained
15 oz can red beans, drained
15 oz can white beans, drained
1 tsp mustard
2 tsp vinegar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup low sodium ketchup
1 Place all ingredients into slow cooker. Mix well, cover and cook on low for 3-5 hours.
