Sit by the fire and celebrate the new year with this decadent treat - creamy egg nog blended with banana and nutmeg.
Ingredients:
2 cups low fat eggnog
2 large bananas, sliced
1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
1 cup fat free milk
2 cups ice
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Directions:
1 Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
2 ENJOY!
