|1||Mix tuna with water chestnuts. In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion and curry powder. Combine tuna mixture with mayonnaise dressing.|

|3||Serving suggestions: serve on a bed of lettuce, in a hollowed out red bell pepper, with whole grain crackers, in a whole wheat pita or on toasted whole wheat bread.|

It was alright, kept me going until dinner, but bad breath and tummy rumbling wasn`t pleasant :)
