|1||Put broccoli, cauliflower, onion and celery and in a medium sized pot.|
|2||Add stock and salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook until vegetables are very soft.|
|3||Do not drain. With a hand blender, puree the vegetables in the pot.|
|4||Add the yogurt and cheese to the pot, stirring until well blended and cheese is melted.|
