Who doesn't love cheesy corn chowder! Now you can enjoy a hot bowl of this creamy soup guilt free.
Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 cup onions, chopped
2 cups carrots, sliced
2 cups celery, sliced
1/2 tsp black pepper
15 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
15 oz can cream style corn
3 cups skim milk
8 oz reduced fat cheddar cheese, grated
Directions:
1 Combine water, onions, carrots, celery, and pepper in slow cooker.
2 Cover and cook on HIGH for 4-6 hours. Add corn, milk, and cheese. Heat on HIGH 1 hour and turn to LOW until ready to serve.
